Scent by Kent will not be held liable for any allergic reactions to any product. Scent by Kent is not responsible for individuals misusing any of our products. It is the consumer’s responsibility to recognize that these products are made with a combination of various vegetable oils, fragrance oils, essential oils, salts, dead sea products, botanicals, and colorants. If in doubt, use sparingly or perform a patch test with the product, or don't use the product. ANY reaction indicates that the user should immediately discontinue use. If redness, rash or swelling continues, the user should consult a physician at their own expense. We want each of our customers to be completely satisfied. If you happen to have a problem with an item, please feel free to express your concerns to us as we want our customers to be totally happy shopping with us. Our customers are very important to us and without you, we wouldn't exist.

Fragrance oils can sometimes mimic the fragrance of a particular food item. This is soap! Do not attempt to eat this soap as good as it may smell. Please be cautious of this fact when using this soap in a household with children. Don't eat the soap!

Our soaps are intended for external use only in the pursuit of a clean body and great skin. For use on the skin only.

Our lotions and creams are intended for external use only in the pursuit of a body that feels smooth and refreshed.  For use on the skin only.

Our salts are intended for external use only in the bathtub. Do not put these salts into a hot tub as excessive corrosion will take place in the presence of salt. These salts are safe in bathtubs with  jacuzzi jets. For use on the skin only.

Some of our products are made with essential oils, especially our salts. Be it known that essential oils are volatile oils.  While essential oils may be used to treat conditions, Scent by Kent does not make any medical claims in the use of essential oils. People with certain medical conditions should avoid using products containing essential oils. Some of these conditions would be pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, liver conditions, diabetes or if you are currently using prescription drugs. Please educate yourself regarding your particular condition and the precautions you should take in maintaining that condition.

By no means should anyone subject animals to the essence of essential oils. Essential oils are highly toxic to animals. Please take this into consideration when bathing in our salts. While our pets enjoy being in the same rooms with us throughout the day, it could be quite harmful for our pets to be in the bathroom while we bathe in essential oils as this could cause a toxic reaction in our pets.
