TERMS OF BUSINESS

Scent by Kent operates during the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Please feel free to call during these hours if you have any questions. Our phone number is 757/431.0274. We do not offer any walk in services for our customers.

We do not require any minimum orders. We will cancel an order if given ample notification and the order has not been shipped from our facility. We ship all in stock orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If your shipment arrives to you with damages to any product, please notify us within 24 hours as damage claims made to the freight carriers must be reported immediately. Please retain the products and original packaging for inspection by the specific freight carrier.

Scent by Kent processes all orders through Paypal. Paypal allows users to enter their credit card information via a secure network ensuring 100% protection against unauthorized payments on your credit card account. We also accept money orders and personal checks. When ordering with money orders or personal checks, please allow approximately 5-7 days for receipt of payment and funds to clear our bank.

Scent by Kent does accept special orders though we require payment in full at the time of placing any special order. Payment would include the order total as well as the shipping cost.  Please allow 3 -4 weeks for delivery of special orders as we may be required to secure additional supplies to complete your special order. Please consider that handmade soaps require a cure time which may be up to 3-4 weeks. This cure time ensures the hardness of the bar as well as providing a luxurious finished product.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx Ground. If an order requires expedited service, we will be happy to ship through an overnight service for an additional fee. Please verify the shipping address that you provide. Shipping carriers charge an additional premium for address changes and your order may be in limbo as they search for the correct address.

Scent by Kent is not responsible for individuals misusing any of our products. We are not responsible for allergies. Discontinue use if any reaction occurs with the use of one of our products. We want each of our customers to be completely satisfied. If you happen to have a problem with an item, please feel free to express your concerns to us as we want our customers to be totally satisfied shopping with us.
